I don’t have time to play games without an ending. It looks very nice though.

Atlus will bring Shin Megami Tensei IV: Final for 3DS to the Americas as Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse this summer for $49.99 US / $64.99 CA, the publisher announced.
In a blog post, Atlus discussed a bit about the game’s name change for the western world. Atlus needed a subtitle that “makes sense, sounds good, and looks good on the box,” as well as something that wasn’t too long due to the way the logo appears in the game. And due to the “A” already being in the logo, which the Japanese designers added as part of the word “Final” to highlight the duality of chaos and law in the game, the subtitle had to include an “A.” After numerous e-mail threads, Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse was finally decided upon.

The name change is fine and makes more sense, but my issue is with the price. $50 for a handheld game? Atlus pls.
I’ll pick it up if it reaches Europe. The original release was alright, but I lost interest in it after about 20 hours.
That is a great article. It also has made me want to brush up on my Japanese again.
I wasn’t expecting such a huge change. I’ll wait for E3 before I decide if this is a good thing or not.
Bad for developers. More time and money to spend on a second version, since Sony has mandated that a Neo version must be made for all games after the PS4 Neo is out, so there will be a non-Neo version and Neo version sold in stores. I’d argue it is also bad for current PS4 owners because they are feeling ripped off now, unless Sony arranges some sort of buy-back program where you can sell your PS4 at participating retailers, and you would pay $200 or so for a PS4 Neo. That would be a fair concession for PS4 owners.
We’ll see if it’s actually bad for developers. PC games have been scalable since the beginning of time.
Romancing SaGa 2 looks great. I’ll probably get it. The four new dungeons and New Game+ are nice incentives to playing this.
More Undertale acapellas from Smooth. I’m not impressed by the game’s visuals, but dang if the soundtrack isn’t excellent.
