had to go to the optometrist for new glasses and i didn’t remember how super strange those kinds of consultations can be, especially because the truth is sometimes i feel like i don’t even know what “seeing well” is, like i don’t have a sense of how much better i could see when you get to far away minutia, and then there’s the astigmatism and i wonder if normal vision simply doesn’t drag? I feel like there’s always the tiniest bit of dragging in my vision and i don’t know if that’s just the farthest eyeglasses can correct or if it’s just normal eyesight. And those machines good lord

anyway got prescription sunglasses which is a first, should help with driving i guess
