For $100? Unless MidTrang comps you the shipping you might as well get one new.

#684

I’m running a 5670 right now, that would be a huge jump for me.

Is there a card I could get that would be better than a 560ti for the price, though? If not, I might take you up on that offer.

#685

Lol. Chelsea getting a taste of their own medicine. Haha now fuck off you fucking cunts

#686

Fuuuuck, man. My nephew was killing it with prank phone calls to stores tonight. He was impersonating Herbert the Pervert from Family Guy. It was spot on. He called Gamestop and asked if they had any Ness Amiibos and that he had cute shorts. He was also on the phone with this guy in the deli section from Jewel, asking him all sorts of questions about sausage.

#687

People still make prank calls?

#688

People still make calls?

#689

He’s in high school. I was watching him do it.

I have an old netbook that I’m randomly installing Linux on. I feel like it’s 2002 or something.

Installing OS’s on computers is fun. Nothing like booting up a freshly-installed OS. I want to buy a laptop. It’d be my first laptop.

This Fall, I’m going to community college to get my associate’s degree. I’m not sure what direction I want to go in with my career, but I think it’d be good for me to take general classes to familiarize myself with math, science and English again, then hopefully something will inspire me to take further schooling towards a career.

I can’t decide if he has a good point or not.

#693

If you don’t have an idea for what you want to do yet, just go straight liberal arts for the entirety of your associates degree. Don’t jump head first into something early. You’ve got tons of time to figure things out.

It’s totally his prerogative to shut his eyes to the world, but it’s an institution that will continue to exist regardless of what he says. It may be true that the news is unlikely to directly benefit you on a daily basis, but that doesn’t mean having a public record is meaningless. It helps to keep its subjects accountable, that’s why freedom of the press is so important, and to be fair he does acknowledge that. The system can’t function correctly if everyone ignores it of course, but that’s probably not going to happen.

So ultimately none of what he said mattered, do what you want. The world will keep ticking.

WebM is a codec which mean you need a container format for it.

@John The most convincing argument I’ve ever seen. Webm is video.

#696

.webm is a container not codec

#697

.webm(asturbation)

#698

thats what 4 chan does with em

#699

brother i am so beyond i’m not even form vs content anymore

adding onto what Nick has said the writer is fundamentally avoiding journalistic intent as a practice born from passion, disregarding the whole thing because of how he regards the most visible offenders

the notion that a subject is inadequate for discussion unless you could fill a book with that discussion is even sort of offending me tbh

I was approaching the blog post from another perspective. Currently, I spend a great deal of time keeping up with various topics that has negligent impact on my life. Perhaps I would be happier if I only focused on things that have a direct connection to myself.

Pollen.

Holy fucking shit, I feel unprepared for this shit every year.

#702

I’m thankful I have no allergies whatsoever. Not to rub salt in your wound, 180.
