My hair is a bird.

I’m surprised by how much I liked it. While it doesn’t quite manage to wrangle its ambitions, when the film works, it really works, and I love the ensemble, one-take virtuosity of it all.

#565

Enjoyed Whiplash and Nightcrawler more tbf.

#566

I bought an HDMI switch. No more disconnecting cables to plug in new devices.

#567

Bloody hell arch, out from the ghetto.

#568

I still don’t get why TVs only have two or three inputs. Between my cable box, DVD, PC and video game consoles I need at least five. There is plenty of space on a 50" device and it’s only going to increase the price marginally.

#569

Why a separate DVD player? Both consoles and PCs are likely to be superior for DVD and Blu-Ray playback.

#570

I don’t know. My girlfriend had three DVD players hooked up when I moved in to her place. I’m happy to have reduced some of the clutter.

#571

For near seamless trilogy playback. LOTR perhaps?

#572

lol that’s really funny to me for some reason

#573

I went to a Debussy concert tonight. The first piece was really interesting and not that far away from something like John Williams. The other two parts almost put me to sleep.

TORRESSSSS.

#575

Simeone is our new God now.

#576

I have one with audio split which allows me to use my optical input surround sound speakers.

#577

Another red for Atleti lol

What a meltdown

#578

I wanted that and support for 4K video, but in the end I opted to get something that was cheaper.

#579

Do you have a 4k screen? I had no option on the audio side, since I use a Chromecast which only has HDMI.

#580

No, not yet. My 46" Panasonic is from 2009 and it will last for a few more years. 4K TVs are getting pretty cheap although there is no need for me to get one before I have a system that can output high-resolution games. I mostly wanted to future-proof my setup.

#581

Happy Birthday brother.
